VISHUDHI SURYA NAMASKAARA

ROUND 6 - VISHUDHI SURYA NAMASKAARA

This is like a rapid fire round. More like 'A post a day keeps the doctor away' 😂 until I finish it this weekend.

This acts on the Thyroid and parathyroid glands.

1. VISHUDHI PRANAAMAASAN

INHALE AND EXHALE. Hands clasped at the throat.



2. VISHUDDHI HASTA UTTANAASAN

INHALE. Incline trunk at an angle of 5º .




3. VISHUDHI PADHA HASTAASAN

EXHALE. Palms facing downward.




4. VISHUDHI ASHWA SANCHAALAASAN

INHALE. Push waist forward and hands above head, clasped. 


5. VISHUDHI CHATURANGAASAN

EXHALE. Take the foot in the front back from the previous posture to this posture. Weight on the ankles.



6. VISHUDHI ARDHA SWAANASAN

HOLD BREATH. Forehead down.


7.  VISHUDHI BHUJANG AASAN

INHALE. Lift chest up palms on the floor.




8. PARVATAASAN

EXHALE. Lift waist up, palms clasped and still on the floor.



9. VISHUDHI CHATURANGA AASAN

INHALE. Use the opposite leg.


10. VISHUDHI PAADHA HASTAASAN

EXHALE. 

11. VISHUDHI HASTA UTTHANAASAN

INHALE. Incline trunk at 5 degrees.




12. PRANAAMAASAN

AND ON EXHALATION bring hands to the front of your throat.
