THE PARAMETERS OF FITNESS

Hellooo.. 
 And very few friends of mine on the bloggg, please read itπŸ˜€πŸ˜€

YOGA ...hmm.. there are so many different types and different styles of yoga being developed differently by different people to suit their levels of comfort, but I guess being from the place where yoga has originated I would go with Traditional Yoga. 

Now like i said there are many ways of doing yoga... and all exercises , postures (aasanas) have to be executed the right way to prevent hurting your body. The procedure is equally important as the aasana itself. That is what my future posts are all about the right way.

But before that.. it is important to know the parameters of fitness and this yoga is all about these 5 parameters. 
1) Strength
2) Stamina/ Endurance
3) Power
4) Balance or Alignment
5) Flexibility
