Incline your trunk at 10 degrees, push waist forward. Look up.
3. AGNA PAADHA HASTASANA
EXHALE. Touch the ground, or try touching, and the same time make an effort to touch your head to your knees. Little effort everyday is good. 👌
4. AGNA ASHWA SANCHAALANAASAN
INHALE. One leg back, and one leg in the front, hands up and head up.
5. AGNA CHATURANGAASAN
EXHALE. Now, change your hands into a semi clasped pose, more like a toy gun broken in half, so you can put them flat on the ground. And feel the weight on your ankles.
6. SASTANGA AASAN
HOLD YOUR BREATH.
7. AGNA BUJHANGAASAN
INHALE. Lift chest up, elbows on the floor, chin up.
8. AGNA PARVATAASAN
EXHALE. Hands semi clasped. Make an effort to touch your head to the ground.
9. AGNA ASHWA SANCHAALANAASAN
EXHALE. Using the opposite leg.
10. AGNA PAADHA HASTAASAN
EXHALE.

INHALE.
